Drop everything and take a walk/jog/run outside with some of your favorite PE educators in CISD! Before we get our hearts pumping, we'll spend a few minutes discussing the benefits of physical activity, how to get a healthy regimen in place, building stamina, streches, etc. Then, we'll get outside and get moving before coming back in to reflect on how we feel and our next steps.
