Come reset your body with the cleansing and relaxing practice of Yin Yoga. Enjoy stillness and mindfulness with a series of postures that elongate or compress your fascia tissue. Poses are sustained for an extended amount of time to gain full benefits from this breath-informed practice.
Please bring your own mat, blanket, or towel. Some of you who have a regular practice may also want to bring blocks or a bolster. Please also bring a hand towel if you would like to add some essential oils to your experience.
