We will start our session with presenting research about teacher burn out. Topics we will cover include:
  • Strategies for leaving school at school
  • Setting boundaries regarding school time and home time
  • Organizing yourself and making to do lists that revolve around priority
  • Setting aside a specific time to plan for the following week
  • Utilizing digital resources for grading
  • Leaning on your team to collaborate and delegate
  • Set aside time for self care
